Rewards Card

1. Promo period will run from November 1, 2025- January 31, 2026.

2. A customer is eligible to earn one (1) Sticker on the Cedar Rewards Card for every:

   1. Relaxation massage with 90 minutes or 120 minutes duration or;

   2. A 60-minute massage combined with one (1) supplementary service (choice of Ear Candling, Hot Stone, or Body Scrub) or;

   3. and any Treatment Massage of any duration

3. Transactions using cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallets are qualified to earn a Sticker.

4. Transactions with the following discounts are qualified to earn a Sticker:

   1. Senior Citizen discount

   2. PWD discount

5. On the 5th Sticker, customer will automatically earn one (1) Free Complimentary Service (To choose from Ear Candling, Hot Stone, and Body Scrub)

6. On the 10th Sticker, customer will automatically earn one (1) Cedar Spa Calendar.

7. This Rewards Card is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

8. Stickers must be obtained at the time of payment. Late stickers will not be honored.

9. Clients may combine stickers from two (2) Rewards Cards to redeem rewards.

10. The management reserves the right to amend or discontinue the promo without prior notice."
